2. Date of the charter should be agreed by calling:

+48 663 066 363 (Jakub) or +48 607 945 678 (Kacper)

3. Reservation will be confirmed by telephone or e-mail and simultaneously two copies of signed agreement will be sent by post and e-mail as well. One copy of signed agreement should be returned on the company adress.

4. Within 4 days after receiveing the agreement, a prepayment of previously agreed amount shall be made. 

5. A refundable deposit shall be paid during the yacht's takeover and will be settled after the end of the charter.

Prices in pln/week include VAT tax.

Between 08.05.2010 and 25.09.2010 yacht's are chartered on a weekly basis. In case of shorter charter, an additional 25% supplement is required. During other periods in case of shorter charter (minimum 3 days) an additional 15% supplement is required.

Payments: 30% after signing an agreement and 70% at least 30 days before the beggining of charter.

Discounts for charter at least 7 days long:

1. •Patron: -5%
   

2. •Two weeks or more of continuous charter: -5%
   

3. •Early booking - at least 60 days before the beginning of the charter: -5%
   

4. •Maximum discount: -10%
   

Last minute:

1. •booking one week before charter -5%
   

2. •booking 3 days before charter -15%
   

3. •booking one day before charter -20%
   

Available for additional payment:

- steersman 180 PLN/day + food + transport

- untackled yacht after the charter - at least 120 pln

- toilet emptying 50 pln

- charter shorter than 3 days (during season) - 25% supplement

- charter shorter than 3 days (out of season)   - 15% supplement

Refundable deposits paid before boarding: Phila - 600 pln, NAUTICA - 1000pln.
